Built by a contractor, for contractors

I'm Paul McKay. I came up as a journeyman electrician and went on to own and run a general construction company, so I've lived both ends of this problem: the phone ringing while your hands are inside a panel, and the office side where every missed call turns into a bid you never got to write. I've quoted the work, chased the callbacks, made the payroll, and watched good jobs go to whoever picked up first.

That experience is why this company exists, and why electricians come first here. The best contractors I know rarely lose work on craftsmanship; they lose it in the office, in the calls, quotes, and follow-ups that pile up after the tools go down. Today I help small businesses fix exactly that, with systems that answer every call, book the jobs, and keep the follow-up moving, so the business runs more efficiently, saves real hours every week, makes more money, and carries a lot less stress.

The way we get there matters as much as the tools. We start hand in hand: we sit down together, at your shop or on the tailgate, and walk through where your week actually hurts, which calls slip, which quotes stall, what eats your evenings.
