Reputation & Review Management — automated requests, monitoring and responses

Reputation & Review Management from Gridpoint Solutions turns completed residential and service work into a consistent request for honest customer feedback, then monitors and responds from one place.

Make completed work visible before the next customer chooses.

The leak, in your words

The other guy has 200 reviews and I have 11.

Good work does not automatically become visible proof. Customers compare the businesses beside you on Google, while review requests and public responses get postponed at the end of a long day.

How it works

  1. Connect Google Business Profile and the approved sending channels
  2. Agree the eligible completed-job trigger and approve every message
  3. Send one request and a limited reminder sequence to every eligible real customer
  4. Monitor new reviews and respond under the approved policy
  5. Report requests, clicks, reviews, response time, rating and review-count movement

What is installed

  • One-location Google Business Profile and Facebook connection where applicable
  • Contractor-approved SMS and email request templates
  • Completed-job trigger, retry limits and first live tests
  • New-review alerts and an approved response voice
  • Response handling for up to 30 public reviews per month
  • A live review widget for an existing website
  • Monthly reputation funnel report and exception review

What it does not do

Customers decide whether to review and what to say. Every eligible real customer receives the same honest-review path. We do not buy reviews, screen out unhappy customers, condition incentives on sentiment, suppress truthful criticism, or promise a rating, ranking, review count, call count or revenue result.

After launch, report eligible jobs → requests delivered → link clicks → published reviews → qualified calls that mention reviews → completed paid jobs. Each step stays separate.

Questions before you commit

Is this a website-only feature?

No. Reputation & Review Management can attach to a phone plan, an existing website, or a new Website Build & Redesign. It is recommended mainly for residential and service contractors whose customers compare local profiles before calling.

What gets installed?

Paul connects the approved review profiles, maps the completed-job trigger, writes the request and limited reminder sequence for your approval, configures alerts and response policy, runs live tests, and adds a review widget when a website is available.

Do I approve what gets sent?

Yes. You approve the request wording, sender, timing, retry limit, eligible-customer rule and response voice before anything is activated. The workflow invites every eligible real customer for honest feedback.

Do you buy, gate or write customer reviews?

No. Gridpoint does not buy reviews, ask only likely-happy customers, condition an incentive on a positive review, block an unhappy customer from the public path, invent feedback or suppress truthful criticism. Customers decide whether to publish and what to say.

What does it cost?

The standard one-location service is

97 per month plus $497 setup and includes up to 30 public review responses per month. Multi-location and higher-volume accounts receive a written scope before activation.

What is measured?

The monthly report keeps eligible jobs, requests delivered, link clicks, published reviews, response time, rating, review-count movement and qualified calls separate. A review is not automatically counted as revenue, and no rating, ranking, call count or revenue result is promised.
