Google Review Engine — review growth
Google Review Engine is review growth from Gridpoint Solutions for contractors across the United States. It is an add-on to any plan, sending approved review requests after real jobs so asking does not depend on remembering at the end of a long day.
Make asking for a review part of finishing the job.

The leak, in your words
The other guy has 200 reviews and I have 11.
That is the comparison a contractor worries about, not a claim about a Gridpoint customer. Good work does not automatically become a written review. The request needs to reach a real customer after a real job, using words you have approved.
How it works
- Agree the completed-job trigger
- Approve the request wording before it goes live
- Send the approved request when the job wraps
- Track requests and genuine customer reviews
What is installed
- An add-on that attaches to a phone plan or a website
- A completed-job review-request workflow
- Your approval of the words sent in your name
- A clear request for an honest review, with nothing fake or bought
What it does not do
Customers decide whether to leave a review and what to say. We do not buy reviews, invent feedback or promise a rating. No message goes out in your name without your sign-off. The opportunity is most relevant to businesses whose customers choose through local search.
Compare the options
| Approach | What happens | What remains yours |
|---|---|---|
| Remembering manually | Ask when you remember | Track every completed job yourself |
| Google Review Engine | Approved requests after completed jobs | Approve wording and deliver good work |
| Customer response | The customer chooses whether to review | No rating or count is guaranteed |
Estimate the scope before spending
Count completed jobs and the requests you currently send. A request is not a review, and a review is not a guaranteed call. Agree the scope with Paul before attaching the add-on.

Ask Paul
Add-on to any plan. Ask Paul on the fit call; pricing is agreed before anything is installed.
Month to month, no contract. You own your number and data, approve every word, and work directly with Paul.
Questions before you commit
Is this a website-only feature?
No. Google Review Engine is an add-on to any plan, including a phone plan or Website Build & Redesign. Reviews can matter wherever a homeowner checks your business before calling. Paul will discuss whether that customer journey fits your work before recommending a review-request workflow for your shop.
Do I approve what gets sent?
Yes. You approve the wording before it goes live; nothing is sent in your name that you have not signed off on. The approved request can then run when the job wraps. Paul agrees the trigger and wording with you so the workflow reflects how your shop finishes work.
Do you buy or write reviews?
No. Nothing is bought or faked. The request goes to a real customer after a real job and asks for their honest feedback. The customer decides what to write and whether to publish it. We do not create customer identities, invent praise or promise a particular star rating.
What does the add-on cost?
Ask Paul on the fit call. Google Review Engine does not have a published price yet, and no figure is implied by the phone or website plan prices. The written proposal will identify the scope and cost for your approval before the add-on is installed or messages are sent.
Can you promise a certain number of reviews?
No. A request gives a customer the opportunity to review your work, but the response remains their choice. Track requests and genuine reviews separately so you can see what happened. A growing review count is not a guaranteed call count, and we do not present it that way.
